Technical Project Lead (Electronics)

Job Responsibilities

1.New Product Lifecycle Management

• Lead the development of NPI certification roadmap, coordinate R&D/testing/production resources to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones (sample delivery, certification testing)
• Establish cross-department rapid response mechanism to resolve technical bottlenecks and meet stringent international certification standards

2.Yield Improvement & Quality Enhancement

• Set system-level yield targets, coordinate quality/production teams to resolve quality issues, improve shipment yield, and lead customer quality specification/benchmarking
• Create project Risk Table, identify development certification risks based on validation schedules and system certification results, and implement proactive quality management

3.Customer Technical Support
