Technical Program Manager, Software

Purpose of the position

As a Software Technical Program Manager, you will drive the delivery of software programs that span SMART's internal engineering teams and external vendors and partners around the world. You will coordinate integrations between SMART-authored software and partner platforms, manage dependencies across globally distributed teams, and keep programs on track from planning through release.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product management, and operations. You will need enough technical depth to understand how the software works and where integrations can break, combined with the organizational discipline to keep distributed teams aligned. You are highly organized, a strong communicator, technically minded, and comfortable working across cultures and time zones to get things done.
