Technical Program Manager

What you’ll do:
Work closely with cross-functional partners across engineering, product, Design and platform teams to gather requirements and dependencies, drive estimation and schedule discussions with engineering and establish the program plan
Along with engineering, work closely with stakeholders in other teams and departments including site reliability engineering, user experience, customer support, customer success and leadership teams if required for program planning
Work closely with third party software teams to identify engineering dependencies of the program and document them. Set clear expectations and track the dependencies closely with third parties where applicable.
Create artifacts and establish the execution framework, say agile scrum ceremonies for day to day program management.
Providing regular and timely updates to stakeholders including senior leadership on program status; ensure risks are monitored, managed and mitigated from time to time. Demonstra...
