What you'll do
- Lead complex cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.
- Drive delivery across multiple engineering teams using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and Business teams.
- Coordinate delivery for eCommerce websites and Mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Remove blockers, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.
- Drive planning, resource allocation, roadmap execution, and continuous process improvements.
