Technical Program Manager - Enterprise Business Systems - LATAM Remote

Workstate is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our expert team in support of enterprise business systems initiatives across platforms such as NetSuite, Coupa, Visual Lease, Concur, Workday Integrations, Adaptive, and related financial, procurement, HR, and operational applications. In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional technical programs that support critical business processes, system enhancements, integrations, platform optimization, and ongoing business systems delivery.

As a key contributor, you will work closely with business, technology, product, finance, procurement, HR, data, and operational stakeholders to define scope, manage roadmaps, coordinate delivery, and maintain clear communication across teams.
