Technical Program Manager

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Technical Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North. The Program Manager reports to the Program Management Manager and manages the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
