Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.


• 5 years of experience in telecommunications, low-voltage, fiber‑optics, or critical systems construction management.


• 5 years of experience in program management and managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.


• 5 years of experience in contracting, including leading negotiations and drafting, and managing vendor relationships in the infrastructure, construction, or a related industry.
