Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from RFP response and solutioning through to go-live and managed services
- Define scope, roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and governance frameworks
- Drive sprint and release planning across distributed engineering, data, and AI teams
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines with meticulous documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership and senior government stakeholders
- Lead board-level reporting and steering committee engagement
- Contribute to RFP responses and solution proposals by estimating scope and effort
- Lead delivery of AI/ML solutions, data engineering pipelines, and cloud infrastructure programs
- Mentor internal delivery teams and coordinate international vendors
