Technical Product Manager (Xico)

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven R&D and claims platforms, from unmet need discovery through formulation intelligence, claims generation, validation, and post‑launch learning.
• Develop and deliver AI-enabled solutions for ingredient selection, excipient compatibility, bioavailability modeling, and consumer sensory prediction.
• Own and advance AI-enabled Claims Intelligence platforms, supporting claims ideation, evidence gap analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Integrate data from clinical studies, consumer usage, and post‑market surveillance to drive closed‑loop learning and evidence generation strategies.
• Ensure scientific rigor, regulatory readiness, and consumer trust while enabling global scaling and localization of claims and formulations.
