- Own end‑to‑end content safety for TikTok GenAI products, driving cross‑functional execution across Product, Engineering, Algo, Policy, and Operations teams.
- Build and scale automated safety evaluation pipelines, and define robust, future‑proof safety strategies for GenAI products and new feature launches.
- Use data, model signals, and user feedback to proactively detect, prioritize, and mitigate safety risks, improving system performance and user trust at scale.
- Lead complex technical programs across multiple teams, including roadmap definition, dependency management, execution tracking, and high‑quality delivery.
