Responsibilities
- Define requirements and manage development processes for the data platform and software infrastructure
- Partner with lab and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
- Translate product requirements into Epics and Stories with clear user acceptance criteria
- Track development and requirement fulfillment using Jira
- Create and operationalize a technical strategy and integrated roadmap for data products and pipelines
- Ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline using technical and process-oriented solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field
- At least 5 years of experience in a software development environment
- Experience within biotechnology and NGS preferred
