Technical Product Manager, E‑Commerce & Personalization

SECAI MARCHE SDN BHD is seeking a Technical Product Manager (Sales / E-commerce) to own product decisions and hands‑on implementation for our EC platform. This hybrid role combines product leadership with building features that drive revenue and retention.

You will lead personalization, automate upsell/cross-sell, and embed retention actions across the EC. You will work with Sales/CS to translate customer needs into concrete features and measure impact using data.
