Technical Product Manager – Airline Engineering, MRO and Digital Aircraft Operations

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of technology products and solutions; ensure effectiveness of all technology features aligned to product vision and roadmap.
• Lead the lifecycle of designated technology products; manage technical product owners (TPOs) to decompose initiatives into technical features within engineering backlogs, focusing on MVP.
• Collaborate with TPOs, vendors and IT stakeholder groups to deliver Program Increment (PI) planning, prioritise backlogs and sequence capacity.
• Guide TPOs through collaboration, delegation and empowerment to deliver technology solutions.
• Work with architecture, engineering and service management to balance backlogs, ensuring scalable, stable and performant product.
• Ensure Technical Debt, Non‑Functional Requirements (NFRs) and system enablers are captured and cascaded to team backlogs.
