We are seeking a technical product engineer to drive HAMERKOP's digital transformation and help shape its technology roadmap.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and product development. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for AI, automation, and digital solutions across the organisation, translate business needs into technical requirements, and oversee the development and adoption of new tools and products.

The role combines product ownership, AI and automation implementation, and hands‑on technical development. In the initial phase of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute significantly to hands‑on software development, prototyping, workflow automation, and AI-enabled applications.
