Role Overview

This role is a technical, customer-facing pre-sales position focused on translating complex data center and mission-critical infrastructure challenges into AI-driven, digital-twin-enabled solutions .

You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design end-to-end solutions, articulate technical and commercial value, and support successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with C-level, VP-level, and engineering stakeholders
• Understand customer objectives, operational challenges, and infrastructure constraints
• Conduct site assessments, requirement gathering, and solution discovery workshops
• Deliver solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-value engagements
• Design end-to-end solutions covering:
• Airflow and thermal management
• BMS / EPMS integration...
