The Position:

Lead the BMS Operations Team, ensuring efficient monitoring and control of all client connected facilities.

Provide guidance to Facility Managers in addressing day-to-day operational challenges.

Manage contractor relationships, validate KPIs, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

Proactively identify and communicate risks, proposing solutions to ISS management.

Ensure effective management of risk identification/controls, incidents, and tenant/client/customer issues.

Collaborate with Operations Management to meet contractual requirements and client expectations.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and ensure project delivery aligns with client needs.
