Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and operational rollout of kitchen automation systems across multiple food service stalls and outlets.
- Support installation, setup, testing, and commissioning of automated cooking machines and related systems.
- Work with internal operations teams and external vendors to ensure systems are properly deployed and functioning for daily operations.
- Monitor system performance and identify technical or operational issues affecting workflow efficiency.
- Provide technical and operational support to stall teams in the use of automation equipment and related work processes.
- Conduct staff training on the proper use of automated cooking systems and relevant operating procedures.
