Technical Operations Manager (Guadalajara)

You will belong to a Regional Supply Chain Operations team accountable for guiding and leading our manufacturing partners to meet our customers' expectations as well as helping Cisco to create, implement and adopt new processes, platforms and technologies that enable better customer experience. The Technical Operations Manager is the primary technical interface to the Manufacturing Partner site and is accountable for driving both Operational Excellence (Delivery, Quality, and Cost) and Factory Excellence (capability, efficiency, security and sustainability). This position leads a team of Engineers in one or several of the following fields: Test/Software Development, Electrical, Mechanical and Manufacturing, to drive product quality in the factory. Position requires strong knowledge of Test infrastructure, PCBA manufacturing operations, and SMT technology roadmap. This leadership position works with the Director of Regional Operations.
