Technical Operations & Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

Prime Air Solutions is a rapidly growing HVAC and Electrical services provider operating across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Currently, our two branches operate on separate Field Service Management (FSM) systems—Aroflo in Brisbane and Simpro on the Gold Coast.

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail‑oriented Technical Operations & BI Analyst to bridge this gap. This is a crucial, two‑phase initiative: first, you will lead the clean migration and consolidation of our data into a single Aroflo ecosystem. Second, you will design and build custom business intelligence dashboards to give leadership real‑time visibility into job tracking, expenses, and net profitability.
