Position Overview We are seeking a Technical Officer to join our Distribution Planning Department. Under the direction of the Winnipeg Planning & Protection Section Head, you will analyze and review the effectiveness of distribution feeders and substations with respect to planning, power quality, voltage, loading, safety and reliability; and provide recommendations regarding installation of equipment and equipment settings necessary to operate the system within established criteria.
