Technical Officer

To report directly to the Operations / Workshop Manager and to support them in the day-to-day operational duties.

• To provide technical advice to Technicians to the following areas:
• Troubleshooting
• Installation
• Materials and tools
• Raising MSO (proper training to be provided during reasonable transition period)
• Compressor overhauling and D & I Reports (proper training to be provided during reasonable transition period)
• Technical advice to assisting Sales/Commercial pertaining to the Quotation.
• To conduct progress checking of quality of work and QA/QC for RHVAC related jobs, i.e. during assemble installation etc.
• To assist Operation Manager on any technical enquiries or issues for any specific or specialized projects as and when needed.
