Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Technical Office Department and its engineering team. Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, RFIs, and project documentation. Ensure effective coordination between consultants, project managers, site teams, and subcontractors. Provide technical guidance and solutions throughout all project phases. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, specifications, and quality standards. Review cost estimates, quantity take-offs, variation orders, and value engineering proposals. Support project planning, risk mitigation, and decision-making processes.
