Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and Product Backlog Refinement, ensuring adherence to Scrum framework and Agile delivery standards.
- Drive Agile delivery execution across multiple cross-functional Scrum teams, ensuring predictable sprint outcomes, continuous value delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
- Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum framework, Lean practices, Kanban, SAFe, and Agile scaling methodologies.
- Identify, analyze, and eliminate delivery impediments, organizational bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies to maximize team throughput and operational efficiency.
