Job Description Overview
This manager will provide technical management for Deterministic Safety Analysis activities for a new build Nuclear Power Plant project within a matrix organization. The position reports to the Technical Director, Safety & Licensing and will be assigned to the CANDU MONARK project.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical management of individuals and teams executing commercial and internal work packages, some of which may be multi-disciplinary, during the design and build phases.
- Approve technical documents prepared by staff.
- Plan and execute work in line with quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Remove barriers that impact deliverables to meet project requirements and priorities, working with staff to find solutions and optimizations.
