Technical Manager, Fuel Additives & Performance Solutions

Sperton in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Technical Manager for Fuel Additives and Performance Solutions. The successful candidate will leverage deep technical knowledge to develop, evaluate, and promote fuel additive solutions such as octane boosters and lubrication enhancers.

This role includes supporting sales teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers. A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required, and preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and relevant certifications.
