Technical Learning Advisor (Mechanical Technician)

We are looking for a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician profile. By joining the Organizational Learning team, you will act as an advisor and trainer on the initial training needs of our new employees. You will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions in order to contribute to achieving the objectives of the manufacturing plan.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Integrate and develop hands‑on activities within our training programs
• Set up the learning environments required for training
• Deliver training sessions and support our new employees
• Act as a subject‑matter expert and provide the technical expertise required to implement new solutions and learning pathways
