Technical Lead/Manager, Application Development

We are currently recruiting for a Manager, Application Development / Team Lead.

Location: Mississauga (travel to Brampton, Mississauga, and Windsor as needed). This is a full‑time on‑site role, 5 days a week in office.

Position Overview

As a senior, hands‑on technical leader, you will design, develop, and deliver enterprise applications that support our client’s manufacturing, operations, and business systems. You will act as a player‑coach, leading a small development team while remaining deeply involved in full‑stack development across a green‑field environment. You will partner closely with operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and high‑impact solutions.
