Responsibilities
- Design and development of scalable backend services in Java and their operation as containerized workloads on Kubernetes
- End-to-end responsibility for delivering features — from concept and design through implementation, review and release to production operations
- Technical leadership — together with the Product Architect and developers you set the technical direction and maintain focus on code quality, evolution of our technology stack, and reduction of technical debt
- Operational excellence — observability, security, performance and compliance according to the standards of a regulated financial environment
- Close collaboration with product, business and other engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
