- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across wealth, trading, and brokerage systems.
- Design and maintain platforms for order management, trade execution, portfolio management, and client servicing.
- Drive architecture decisions, performance tuning, and system resilience.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, security controls, and audit readiness.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with business, risk, and operations stakeholders.
Core Technical Skills
- Trading Systems: OMS, EMS, PMS, RMS, order lifecycle, and trade settlement.
