Technical Lead SharePoint

vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company seeks a Tech Lead who is motivated with design and the art of programming. Responsibilities will include designing and developing quality, proficient and enterprise grade technical solutions that satisfy business requirements and work with team to deliver them with quality and on time.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

· In depth understanding of SharePoint OOTB capabilities Ex- Site Templates, Web Parts, Branding, Content management, Hub, Search, Taxonomy etc.

· Developing SPFx solutions using React

· Using PnP Webparts & APIs for custom development

· Explore new features in O365 eco-system and stay updated with them

· Coach team members for implementation and upskilling.

· Own code quality of the delivered solutions and their maintainability and scalability.

· Own estimation and participate in project and sprint planning
