Technical Lead Sharepoint (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for managed collaboration services based on Microsoft365.
• Serve as a technical reference for the operations team, promoting continuous improvement and adoption of new capabilities.
• Coordinate and supervise Specialist and Senior Specialist teams, ensuring technical quality of operations.
• Assess new Microsoft365 features and capabilities, and drive their integration.
• Promote best operational practices across the team.
• Oversee the quality of technical documentation.
• Act as technical liaison with clients and manufacturers, managing escalations with Microsoft and other technology partners.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in Microsoft technologies.
• Experience leading managed collaboration services.
• Experience working in complex multinational enterprise environments.
