Role Overview

The Technical Lead ServiceNow will be the technical reference of the ServiceNow platform internally, acting on two main axes: governance and administration of the instance, and management of the technical delivery of a contract with a third-party supplier.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the technical contract AMS, act as a focal point between the third-party supplier and the organization.
  • Administer and govern the ServiceNow platform.
  • Define and maintain technical development standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
  • Interface with business stakeholders.
  • Support IT leadership in evolving the platform roadmap.
