Technical Lead – Innovation and Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technology teams, promoting a culture of innovation, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and adoption of modern software engineering practices.
• Design and implement the transition from analog/legacy workflows to fully digital ecosystems, integrating data collection tools and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms for strategic decision‑making.
• Architect, develop, and integrate autonomous AI agents and intelligent automation workflows (RPA + AI) to optimize internal processes and end products.
• Implement and promote the use of AI‑assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate the delivery cycle of software and mobile applications.
• Develop technical upskilling methodologies for internal teams and conduct technology transfer workshops for corporate clients or government agencies.
