Technical Lead - Cloud Native Platforms & Observability (Barcelona)

Your Mission

You will own the technical quality, reliability and evolution of cloud-native platforms, ensuring that automation, observability and operational excellence are embedded across the ecosystem.

What you will be doing

• Own end-to-end service quality across incidents, changes, capacity and on‑call readiness
• Lead technical prioritization across platform engineering, onboarding and observability initiatives
• Act as escalation point for critical incidents and drive RCA quality
• Define and enforce engineering standards (Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring)
• Drive platform‑wide improvements in availability, performance, cost and security
• Coordinate with stakeholders, service teams and vendors on roadmap and upgrades

What you bring

• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (on‑prem & cloud environments)
• Proven background in multi‑cloud operations (AWS, Azure, GCP)
