What you will be doing
Own end-to-end service quality across incidents, changes, capacity and on-call readiness
Lead technical prioritization across platform engineering, onboarding and observability initiatives
Act as escalation point for critical incidents and drive RCA quality
Define and enforce engineering standards (Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, monitoring)
Drive platform-wide improvements in availability, performance, cost and security
Coordinate with stakeholders, service teams xhfqzwm and vendors on roadmap and upgrades
