Technical L&D Partner: Strategy & Learning Solutions

CERN is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to shape the technical learning strategy and drive engagement across the organisation. You will partner with business leaders, learning champions, subject matter experts and departmental training officers to deliver impactful solutions.

You will oversee the Technical/Technical Management competencies, manage a team of four, coordinate the budget, and evolve digital learning, including e-learning and external providers.
