Technical L&D Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Automation: Assist in the development and maintenance of training dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and automate L&D workflows (registration, feedback, reporting, etc.) using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Competency Mapping Support: Serve as the primary project coordinator for the Talent Competency Compass for Technical Competency Development projects (OleoFats Inc. & CHEMREZ), managing data collection, interviews, and documentation for technical competencies.
• Data Analytics: Manage the administration of the Enterprise‑wide Customer Satisfaction Survey, including data cleaning, basic statistical analysis, and preparation of report decks for shared services.
• Training Coordination: Handle the logistics for Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Platform, and Project Management training sessions, ensuring all 9 business units are served efficiently.
