About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant adept at serving as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. Your role involves articulating HiredScore's technology seamlessly and aligning it with clients' current HR Tech Stack. You'll be pivotal in presenting our technology, devising solutions for client obstacles, and addressing their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.
Act as the professional source for all HiredScore integration through the project implementation including pre-sales, Sales & Post-sale for new and existing clients
Deep technical understanding of all relevant systems integrated with HiredScore (e.g. ATS, CRM, HCM, etc.)
Client-facing - Including presenting and explaining our technology, integration, IT, Security architecture, and Answering formal questionnaires (including Infosec, RFP, Data Privacy Evaluation, et...
