About role
As a Fullstory Analyst/Onboarding Specialist you are the primary guide for our clients as they begin their journey with Fullstory. You will lead them through a structured process designed to educate, enable, and empower their teams to maximize the platform's value. This is a technical training role. Key Responsibilities
Guiding Fullstory onboarding customers throughout the onboarding project, from kick-off to final training session. Coaching on installation, answering basic questions, sharing best practices, and providing high-quality, live-instructor training of the Fullstory platform. Working with the clients to schedule and keep onboarding on track against agreed-upon timelines. CX insights/ Data analysis work with guidance from management and leadership. Continuous review of Fullstory features, seeking training (self or guided) as needed.
