- Manage concurrent Fluxx software implementations for multiple customers within scope and timeline
- Collect and confirm product configuration requirements using blueprints, templates, and prototyping
- Leverage programming knowledge to meet customer requirements and enhance platform experience
- Utilize project management techniques to ensure scope, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee data migration including readiness, execution, and iteration
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams
- Educate customers on software use and personalized system features
- Communicate project status to technical and business stakeholders
