In this role, you will support access request provisioning such as granting, modifying, or revoking user access to applications, systems, or resources based on business needs and security policies . Requests are managed through ServiceNow, the enterprise IT service management platform.


Must Have Skills/Experience:


  • 3+ yrs of experience in supporting support access request provisioning such as granting, modifying, or revoking user access to applications, systems, or resources based on business needs.
  • ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent Oral and verbal communication skills


Nice to Have

  • PowerShell scripting
  • Tableau Reporting
  • Power BI


Additional Details:

Contract Duration: 6 months, renewable
