The Landscape Technical Engineer is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating landscape drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project and authority standards. The role supports the landscape manager, consultants, and site teams from design through project handover.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and coordination drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.
- Coordinate with CAD draftsmen on detailed hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and grading drawings.
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.
- Verify material compliance prior to procurement and gather required technical data from suppliers.
- Provide technical support during execution of landscape works.
