Technical Documentation Specialist

AccuraCore is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Documentation Specialist to create, maintain, and improve all product documentation, training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), release notes, and knowledge base content.

This role will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure that all product functionality, workflows, and business processes are clearly documented and easily understood by internal teams and customers.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer who can simplify complex software workflows into clear, structured, and professional documentation.

• Create and maintain comprehensive user guides for all AccuraCore modules.
