Technical Director – Renewable Energy

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Director to lead our engineering department, drive technical excellence, and support the company's growth. Reporting to the COO, you will define the technical strategy, oversee engineering operations, and ensure the successful delivery of photovoltaic and electrical infrastructure projects.

Location

Can be based in Lleida or Barcelona. Barcelona-based employees will work from the Lleida office at least three days per week. Current office: Lleida, Catalonia, Spain.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's technical strategy and engineering standards.
• Lead engineering activities across PV, LV, MV, transformer centers (CT), and electrical line projects.
• Review and approve technical designs, solutions, technologies, and suppliers.
