Job Description & Requirements
- Management of M&E deliverables from concept design to construction stage support, to project scheduling and budget on a variety of building projects
- Closely monitor and ensure the profitability of projects undertaken by the team
- Set up efficient project monitoring, delivery and implementation strategy including overseeing the technical performance, timely and profitable execution of all projects
- Establishing competent delivery systems / resources and implementing adequate QA/QC systems for all stages of the projects
- Ensure team members adhering to Company rules and regulations and comply with ISO Quality Procedures
- Provide technical guidance to the project and design engineers and resolve any technical problems faced during project design and / or construction stages.
- Undertake responsibilities of Qualified Person and/or Licensed Electrical Worker for the projects.
