Leading the design, development, and production of the Civil Design Team. Oversee the design and documentation of all Civil Design Services throughout the project lifecycle. Lead quality assurance and quality control on the technical delivery of projects. Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regional and national regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate engineering and BIM resources across projects
- Contribute to project and design management within the team’s scope
- Lead and manage quality checking of designs, drawings, and deliverables
- Be responsible of the technical delivery on projects.
- Provide input to man‑hour estimates, cost tracking, and proposal development
