Technical Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Identify renewable energy and energy storage investment opportunities by technical scoping, identifying technical risks and making the appropriate technical assessment and recommendation.
• Responsible for the screening, pre-feasibility, feasibility and pre-construction stages of renewable energy and energy storage projects including, but not limited to: collection, assessment, validation and synthesis of primary and secondary technical data; establishment of technical and basis of design criteria including creation of technical control documents and conformance to SHESQ protocols; design and supervision of site investigation programs; establishment of terms and conditions of contracts; bidding and awarding of contracts; supervision of contractors and consultants.
