Technical Developer for Tailored Bottoms

As a Technical Developer specializing in tailored bottoms at OAK + FORT, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards of fit and quality. Your role is integral to the design-to-production journey.
In this mid-level position, you will leverage your three-plus years of experience in technical development to coordinate and execute the entire fitting process. You will work hand in hand with the Design team to address fit issues, develop specifications, and supervise the approval of styles while mentoring junior staff and enhancing team processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate fit sessions and develop seasonal product fits
• Engage with factories for seamless style executions
