Responsibilities
- Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business objectives into actionable roadmaps.
- Drive day-to-day engineering execution by tracking progress across Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) and customer teams.
- Embed with customer teams to map workflows, shape integrations, and lead onboarding and change management for production deployments.
- Partner with Product and Research teams to ensure platform components and research workstreams support deployment goals.
- Codify solution patterns and extract reusable field signals to improve product models and architectures.
- Define and track impact hypotheses, KPIs, and ROI to report measurable value to executive sponsors.
Requirements
- 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership experience.
