We are looking for a **Norwegian speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist** to assist B2C customers for our client in **Athens, Greece**. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance to end-users, resolving their issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**What you’ll do**:
- 4 weeks of paid training when you start the position
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products or services
- Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when necessary
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions
**Requirements**:
- **Norwegian Language**: C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
- **English Language**: B2 level (training provided in English).
- Relocate to Athens, Greece
- Strong computer skills and the ability to handle technical queries
- Experience in customer support or a technical role is preferred but not required
